Mark's progress
through Insanity Max 30
I started Insanity Max 30 properly in February 2017, following a preparation of a few weeks of Fast and Furious, the odd Insanity (original version) and trying out one or two Max 30's. But now it's all systems go!
I've been trying to build up to Max 30 now for a while having completed 3 rounds of Insanity 1, but it was a slow process also having being in hospital last year. But now I'm ready...
Started the process of weights, swimming, biking, running, T25, Insanity and Fast and Furious (which by the way is excellent for preparing for Month 1.

At first I found this really tough, but week by week its has got easier I must say. I find it runs smoother than Insanity 1 and develops strength and power far better. There are also some really good video clips on Youtube to watch to motivate you.

I've currently just finished Month 1 but I am now ready to start Month 2. One thing I would say is that it is really important to have a healthy diet too. I also use weights 2 - 3 times per week to ensure the arm strength is completely up to speed.

Month 2 ... Here we go!
