Our new found passion...Biking! We started with two cheap mountain bikes but

Insanity is a great workout programme, which runs for 60 days. Shaun T delivers an intense, hard session ranging from 35 mins (week 1) up to an hour in month 2. I found this programme superb, although not as good as the Max 30 programme, which is just that bit more focused. Completed two rounds and the additional sessions... I can honestly say that it does definitely get you much fitter. Personally, I would recommend this before doing Max 30, as I think I got a good foundation fitness from Insanity.

Insanity Max 30 is the more intense, higher octane version of the original Insanity. It's tough, but well worth the effort. Basically, 60 days of Tabata and Plyometric exercises that will definitely get the heart rate up to the Max HR. The idea is you work as hard and as fast as you can until you literally have to stop for two seconds, slow down or have to take a water break. At this point you have Maxed Out, note your time then carry on back into it!
